Every Not Your Average Party Bag order is hand prepared to order. Our party bags are all hand printed and many of the party bag gifts are carefully handmade to order. Because of this we ask you to allow us a minimum of three weeks to prepare and deliver your order, ready for your event.

All party bags will be pre-filled (unless, empty bags have been purchased) and boxed for delivery. On arrival they will be ready to be handed out to your guests. They will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For or Parcel Force express 48 –  depending on the size of your order.

Delivery price will vary depending upon the number and types of products purchased:

Party Bags only – £5.50

Balloons only – £5.50

Products only – £5.50-£15.00, dependent upon number purchased.

Filled Party Bags / Gift A Bag 1-2 – £5.50

Filled Party Bags / Gift A Bag 3-5 – £7.50

Filled Party Bags / Gift A Bag 6-9 – £9.99

Filled Party Bags / Gift A Bag 11+ – £15.00

Refunds

Please carefully check the details of your order when you receive your order confirmation. If you spot a mistake, please notify us as soon as possible – and within 24 hours of placing your order – to enable the mistake to be rectified.

We cannot accept responsibility for an incorrectly ordered item or incorrectly supplied personalisation details.

As our party bags are hand printed to order and costumes handmade to order, we do not accept returns unless an item is faulty. If this is the case, you must notify us within three days of receiving your order and return it to us, via Royal Mail, in an unused state.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service in order to track and protect your return. However, please note that Not Your Average Party Bag cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or accept responsibility for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
